1. Lemon & Cucumber Detox Water
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- ½ cucumber (sliced)
- Few mint leaves
- 1 litre of water
Preparation:
- Services Lemon, cucumber, mint: add to jug of water.
- Allow to rest 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Drink it throughout the day.
Benefits:
Cleans the toxins, makes you hydrated, and your skin is shiny.
2. Ginger & Tulsi Detox Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 inch ginger piece
- 5–6 tulsi (holy basil) leaves
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Preparation:
- Heat boiled water including ginger and tulsi in 5 minutes.
- Strain and add honey.
Benefits:
Strengthens the immune system, improves digestion and gets rid of cold and cough.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar Morning Beverage
Ingredients:
- 1 glass warm water
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation:
- Blend all the ingredients and consume it in the morning without eating.

4. Mint & Coriander Detox Juice
Ingredients:
- ½ cup mint leaves
- ½ cup coriander leaves
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 glass water

- Strain and serve chilled.

- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 glass water
Preparation:
- Before soaking or boiling in water (5 minutes), cumin seeds are soaked or boiled.
