Easy Non-Veg Bone Broth Recipes

- 1 kg chicken bones (or carcass, wings or necks)

- Water -enough to bury the bones.
Preparation:
- Bones of chicken should be roasted in 15 minutes to enhance the flavour.
- Add all the ingredients in a big pot or slow cooker.
- Add water and boil.
- Cook on low for 5–6 hours.
- Strain, cool, and store in jars.

Preparation:
