Skin Glow Diet Recipes: Nourishing Foods for Smooth & Radiant Skin
1. Mango-Yoghurt Glow Smoothie on the Skin.
Ingredients:
- Ripe mango – 1 cup (chopped)
- Thick curd/yoghurt – ½ cup
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric – a pinch
- Chia seeds – 1 tsp
- Chilled water – ¼ cup
Preparation:
