1. Mango-Yoghurt Glow Smoothie on the Skin.



Ingredients:

  • Ripe mango – 1 cup (chopped)
  • Thick curd/yoghurt – ½ cup
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric – a pinch
  • Chia seeds – 1 tsp
  • Chilled water – ¼ cup

Preparation:

  1. Put mango, yoghurt, honey and pinch of turmeric in a blender.
  2. Blend till it becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Add chia seeds and stir again a second time.
  4. Strain into a glass, bottom ice and front ice.

2. Skin-Glow Green Salad Bowl



Ingredients:

  • Cucumber – ½ cup (chopped)
  • Spinach – 1 cup (roughly torn)
  • Avocado – ½ sliced
  • Pomegranate seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Spinach, cucumber and avocado are to be combined in a bowl.
  2. Place drizzles of lemon juice and olive oil.
  3. Add salt, pepper and stir gently.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled sweet potato -1 cup (cubed)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala – ½ tsp

  • Coriander – 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Pomegranate – 1 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Put some cubes of potato, sweet in a bowl.
  2. Shower chaat masala and black salt.

4. Blueberry Skin-Repair Overnight Oats.



Ingredients:

  • Rolled oats – ½ cup
  • Milk/almond milk – 1 cup
  • Blueberries (fresh/frozen) -1/4 cup.

  • Flax seeds – 1 tsp

Preparation:

  1. Add flax seeds, honey and oats into a jar with milk.
  2. Blend and store in refrigerator overnight.

5. Haldi Chai Skin Glow Latte



Ingredients:

  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  • Pepper powder – a pinch

7. Green Moong Glow Soup



Ingredients:

  • Green moong dal -1 / 2 cup (soaked 2 hrs)
  • Carrot – ¼ cup (chopped)
  • Ginger – ½ tsp
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  • Salt & pepper – to taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Preparation:

  1. Bring a boil on pressure cooker with moong dal, carrot, turmeric and ginger.
  2. Additives Mix mildly (patentee) to a smooth consistency.
  3. Add pepper, lemon juice and salt.
  4. Serve warm.
