Delicious Low-Oil Air Fryer Recipes for a Healthy Lifestyle



1. Air Fryer Veggie Cutlets



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of boiled mixed vegetables (carot, beans, peas, potato)
  • 2 tbsp oats powder
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt as required
  • Few drops of oil for brushing

Preparation:

  1. Mash boiled veggies.
  2. Add oats powder, spices and salt. Mix well.
  3. Shape into small cutlets.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  5. Cutlets on the brush with half a drop of oil.
  6. Air fry with 1012 minutes, including flipping.


2. Air Fryer Paneer Tikka



Ingredients:

  • 200 g paneer cubes
  • 3 tbsp thick curd
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Mix curd + spices + lemon juice.
  2. sticky on paneer cubes marinated.
  3. Rest 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  5. Prepare cubes and air fry and cook 12 minutes.


3. Air Fryer Broccoli Bites



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Add oil, salt and spices to broccoli.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  3. Cook 8–10 minutes until crisp.


4. Air Fryer Chickpea Snack



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Pat chickpeas dry.
  2. Toss with oil + spices.
  3. Air-fry 180 o C 12.15 min till crunchy.


5. Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Fish



Ingredients:

  • 200 g fish fillet
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Combine fish with everything and marinate.
  2. Rest 10 minutes.
  3. Air fry at 180o C, 12 minutes till flaky.


6. Air Fryer Masala Corn



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • ½ tsp butter (optional)
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Mixed Corn Butter and Spices.
  2. Air fry at 180°C for 5–6 minutes.


7. Air Fryer Banana Oat Cookies



Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Mash banana.
  2. Mix oats, honey, and cinnamon.
  3. Shape small cookies.
  4. Air fry at 170°C for 10 minutes.


8. Air Fryer Chicken Tenders (Healthy).



Ingredients:

  • 200 g chicken strips
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Wet marinate chicken with curd and spices.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  3. Air fry 12–15 minutes.
