1. Sprouts Bhel Puri
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed sprouts
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp green chutney
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 2 tbsp puffed rice
- Coriander leaves
Preparation:
- Blend sprouts, onion, tomato, green chutney, lemon juice and masala.
- These are added puffed rice before serving.
- Garnish with coriander and they are fresh.
2. Pani Puri (With baked + Ragi Puri option) Healthy.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ragi flour
- ½ cup wheat flour
- Salt
- Water (to knead)
Home made mint pani (mint, coriander, green chilli, lemon, black salt).
Filling: boiled moong, chana and chopped onions.
Preparation:
- Prepare a hard dough out of ragi and wheat flour.
- Roll the puris small and bake at 180 o C at 10-12 minutes till crisp.
- Stuff with moong -chana mixture and serve with mint pani.
3. Sweet Potato Masala Toast
Ingredients:
- 1 boiled sweet potato
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- 2 whole wheat bread slices
- Mint chutney
Preparation:
- Mash spicy lemon sweet potato.
- Toast and ghee on friends on bread.
- Cut and serve with chutney.
4. Masala Corn Chaat (No Oil)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup steamed sweet corn
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- Coriander leaves
Preparation:
- Add corn, onion, tomato and spices.
- Add lemon juice and coriander.
- Mix well and serve warm.
5. Whole Wheat Veg Momos (Steamed).
Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup finely chopped veggies
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Pepper, salt
Preparation:
- Make dough with wheat flour.
- Saute vegetables (garlic and soy sauce).
- Fill and shape momos.
- Bake 10 minutes, pour into spicy chutney.
6. Air-Fried Samosa Pockets
Ingredients:
- Whole wheat sheets / dough
- Filling: potato, spices, carrot, filling - peas.
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp amchur
Preparation:
- Prepare dry veggie filling.
- Fold sheets into triangles.
- Air fry until crispy.
- Serve with mint chutney.
7. Tandoori Mushroom Sticks
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 tbsp curd
- 1 tsp red chilli
- 1 tsp tandoori masala
- ½ tsp kasuri methi
Preparation:
- Marinate mushrooms.
- Air fry or grill 10 minutes.
- Serve with lemon and onions.
7. Falafel Wrap (Indian Taste) Eatery.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soaked chana
- Garlic, coriander leaves
- Jeera, chilli flakes
- Wheat wrap
- Mint yoghurt dressing
Preparation:
- Blast pepper with spices (coarse).
- Make balls and bake/air fry.
- Insert wrap cover with veggies dressing.
