Vitamin C Rich Recipes for Strong Immunity
1. Amla Ginger Juice
(Powerful Immunity Booster Drink)
Ingredients:
- Fresh amla – 3
- Ginger – 1 small piece
- Honey – 1 tsp
- Water – ½ cup
Preparation:
- Wash and chop the amla taking away the seed.
- Place amla, ginger and water in a blender.
- Shake and pour the juice strain.
- Add honey and mix well.

2. Lemon Garlic Rasam

Ingredients:
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Garlic cloves – 5 (crushed)

- Rasam powder – 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Curry leaves – few

- Salt – to taste
Preparation:
- Bring chopped tomato to the boil using water and salt.
