1. Vegetable Rice
Ingredients:
- Cooked rice – 2 cups
- Mixed vegetables – ½ cup
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add vegetables and sauté between 2 and 3 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and salt.
- Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Ready.
2. Egg Bhurji
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 2
- Onion – 1 (chopped)
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
Preparation:
- Heat oil, put onion and sauté till soft.
- Beat eggs mixed with salt and chilli powder.
- Pour into pan and stir until it is cooked.
3. One-Pot Vegetable Khichdi
Ingredients:
- Rice – ½ cup
- Moong dal – ¼ cup
- Vegetables – ½ cup
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Water – 2½ cups
Preparation:
- Wash rice and dal.
- Put all ingredients in cooker.
- Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Mash lightly and serve hot.
4. Bread Omelette
Ingredients:
- Bread slices – 2
- Egg – 1
- Onion – 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Beat egg with onion and salt.
- Dip bread in egg mixture.
- Deep fry on one side and the other side until brown.
5. Curd Rice
Ingredients:
- Cooked rice – 1 cup
- Curd – 1 cup
- Salt – to taste
Preparation:
- Mash rice slightly.
- Add curd and salt.
- Mix well. Serve chilled or fresh.
6. Sprouts Chaat
Ingredients:
- Boiled sprouts – 1 cup
- Onion – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss well and eat fresh.
7. Simple Dal
Ingredients:
- Toor dal – ½ cup
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Water – 2 cups
Preparation:
- Place wash dal and everything into cooker.
- Cook for 3 whistles.
- Mash and eat with rice.
8. Banana & Curd Bowl (No Cooking)
Ingredients:
Preparation:
- Slice banana.
- Add curd and mix.
