1. Moong Dal and rice Kanji (Gut Healing Food).



Ingredients:

  • Rice – 2 tbsp
  • Yellow moong dal – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 3 cups
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Salt – as needed

Preparation:

  1. Wash rice and dal.
  2. Boil with a lot of water and pressure until it becomes very soft.
  3. Mash well, add salt.
  4. Temper cumin seeds and mix.
  5. Eat warm.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh curd – ½ cup
  • Roasted cumin powder – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – a pinch

Preparation:

  1. Add cumin powder and salt into the curd.

Preparation:

  1. Boil tamarind water.
  2. Add ginger, pepper, cumin and salt.
  3. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Drink warm.
