1. Moong Dal and rice Kanji (Gut Healing Food).
Ingredients:
- Rice – 2 tbsp
- Yellow moong dal – 1 tbsp
- Water – 3 cups
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Salt – as needed
Preparation:
- Wash rice and dal.
- Boil with a lot of water and pressure until it becomes very soft.
- Mash well, add salt.
- Temper cumin seeds and mix.
- Eat warm.
