Fact: Missing meals retards metabolism and brings about more hunger in the future eventually resulting in excessive eating. Eating frequently keeps the energy level.
Myth 3:Fats are bad and unhealthy.
Facts: Healthy fats are a necessity to the body. They assist the brain work, hormones balance and vitamin uptake. The issue is not fat, but rather overindulgence.
