1. Banana Oats Ladoo (No Sugar)



Ingredients:

  • Ripe bananas – 2
  • Oats – 1 cup
  • Grated coconut – 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
  • Ghee – 1 tsp

Preparation:

  1. Toast oat dry, and grind in a coarse way.
  2. Mash bananas well.
  3. On a low heat, cook banana and cook until thick.
  4. Add oats, coconut, cardamom and stir.
  5. Refrigerate and prepare ladoos.


2. Apple Cinnamon Dessert Bowl



Ingredients:

  • Apple – 1 (chopped)
  • Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp
  • Nuts (almond/walnut) – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 2 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Bake an apple with water till it becomes soft.
  2. Add cinnamon and mix.
  3. Top using pulverized nuts and take warm.


3. Coconut Date Balls



Ingredients:

  • Dates – 10 (seedless)
  • Grated coconut – 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp

Preparation:

  1. Grind dates into a paste.
  2. Mix coconut and cardamom.
  3. Roll into balls and then keep in refrigerator.


4. Fruit Yogurt Delight with no sugar



Ingredients:

  • Thick curd – 1 cup
  • Any fruit (banana, apple, papaya) -1/2 cup
  • Chia seeds – 1 tsp

Preparation:

  1. Add a blend of curd and of fruit.
  2. Add chia seeds and mix.
  3. Refrigerate and leave it to chill 30 minutes.


5. Sweet Potato Mash Dessert



Ingredients:

  • Boiled sweet potato – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
  • Nuts – 1 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Mash boiled sweet potato.
  2. Bake ghee and put mash and cardamom in.
  3. Cook 3–4 minutes and add nuts.
