1. Banana Oats Ladoo (No Sugar)
Ingredients:
- Ripe bananas – 2
- Oats – 1 cup
- Grated coconut – 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
- Ghee – 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Toast oat dry, and grind in a coarse way.
- Mash bananas well.
- On a low heat, cook banana and cook until thick.
- Add oats, coconut, cardamom and stir.
- Refrigerate and prepare ladoos.
2. Apple Cinnamon Dessert Bowl
Ingredients:
- Apple – 1 (chopped)
- Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp
- Nuts (almond/walnut) – 1 tbsp
- Water – 2 tbsp
Preparation:
- Bake an apple with water till it becomes soft.
- Add cinnamon and mix.
- Top using pulverized nuts and take warm.
3. Coconut Date Balls
Ingredients:
- Dates – 10 (seedless)
- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Preparation:
- Grind dates into a paste.
- Mix coconut and cardamom.
- Roll into balls and then keep in refrigerator.
4. Fruit Yogurt Delight with no sugar
Ingredients:
- Thick curd – 1 cup
- Any fruit (banana, apple, papaya) -1/2 cup
- Chia seeds – 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Add a blend of curd and of fruit.
- Add chia seeds and mix.
- Refrigerate and leave it to chill 30 minutes.
5. Sweet Potato Mash Dessert
Ingredients:
- Boiled sweet potato – 1 cup
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
- Nuts – 1 tbsp
Preparation:
- Mash boiled sweet potato.
- Bake ghee and put mash and cardamom in.
- Cook 3–4 minutes and add nuts.
