1. Mango Yogurt Smoothie 



Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango (chopped)
  • 1 cup curd (yogurt)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2–3 ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Add ice cubes, curd, honey and mango pieces in a blender.
  2. Stir bluntly until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into an ice glass and serve on ice.


2. Jamun Fruit Bowl 



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup jamun (seeds removed)
  • 1 small apple (chopped)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • A pinch of black salt

Preparation:

  1. Take the jamun fruit and wash it.
  2. Take jamun and chopped apple and put them into a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle with black salt and drizzle with honey.
  4. Mix well and serve fresh.


3. Guava Chaat 



Ingredients:

  • 2 guavas (chopped)
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • A pinch of salt
  • Few drops lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Cube the guava making it small.
  2. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, chili powder and salt.
  3. Blend and can be taken as a healthy snack.


4. Pomegranate Energy Salad 



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 small banana (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp honey

Preparation:

  1. Combine seeds of pomegranate and slices of bananas in a name.
  2. Sprinkle peanuts that have been chopped up and roasted.
  3. Drizzle honey and mix gently.
  4. Serve immediately.


5. Papaya Lemon Bowl 



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup papaya cubes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp honey
  • A pinch of black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Add papaya cubes to a bowl.
  2. pour over it lemon juice and honey.
  3. Add in black pepper sprinkles and combine.
  4. Serve fresh.
