1. Ginger Lemon Herbal Tea



Ingredients:

  • Water – 1 cup
  • Fresh ginger – 1 inch (crushed)
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Honey – optional

Preparation:

  1. Add water into a pan and boil it.
  2. Add ginger that has been crushed and boil 5 minutes.
  3. Turn off the flame and filter the tea.
  4. Add honey and lemon juice (when necessary).
  5. Mix well and drink warm.


2. Tulsi (Holy Basil) Tea



Ingredients:

  • Tulsi leaves – 6 to 8
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Honey – optional

Preparation:

  1. Boil water in a pan.
  2. Add tulsi and boil in 5 minutes.
  3. Turn off the fire and the intensity.
  4. Add honey if required.
  5. Drink warm.


3. Jeera Water (Cumin Health Drink)

Ingredients:

  • Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 1 cup

Preparation:

  1. overnight Well Soak cumin seeds in water.
  2. During the morning boil the soaked seeds 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the water.
  4. Consume warm with an empty stomach.


4. Cinnamon Herbal Tea



Ingredients:

  • Cinnamon stick – small piece
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Honey – optional

Preparation:

  1. Add cinnamon stick to water.
  2. Boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Turn off the fire and the intensity.
  4. Add honey if needed.
  5. Drink warm.


5. Herbal Health Drink (Turmeric Milk)



Ingredients:

  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
  • Pepper powder – a pinch

Preparation:

  1. Heat milk in a pan.
  2. Add pepper powder and turmeric powder.
  3. Mix well and boil for 2 minutes.
  4. Switch off the flame.
  5. Drink warm before bedtime.


6. Fenugreek (Methi) Water



Ingredients:

  • Fenugreek seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 1 cup

Preparation:

  1. Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight.
  2. During the morning, boil the soaked seeds in 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the water.
  4. Drink warm.
