One Ingredient, Three Recipes: Easy Egg Dishes for Every Meal




1. Masala Omelette



Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp oil

Preparation:

  1. Blend salt and pepper with the eggs.
  2. Add coriander, chili and onion.
  3. Pour in a pan of heating oil.
  4. Cook both sides until golden.
  5. Serve hot.


2. Egg Fried Rice



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation:

  1. Heat oil, sauté garlic.
  2. Scramble eggs in the pan.
  3. Add cooked rice and mix well.
  4. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fry until cooked in 3-4 minutes.


3. Egg Curry



Ingredients:

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 2 onions (chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (pureed)
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp oil

Preparation:

  1. Heat oil, and fry onions till dark brown.
  2. Add ginger paste and garlic paste and cook.
  3. Add tomato puree and spices.
  4. Cook until oil separates.
  5. Place boiled eggs and cook 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice or chapati.
