One Ingredient, Three Recipes: Easy Egg Dishes for Every Meal
1. Masala Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 green chili
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp oil
Preparation:
- Blend salt and pepper with the eggs.
- Add coriander, chili and onion.
- Pour in a pan of heating oil.
- Cook both sides until golden.
- Serve hot.
2. Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt & pepper
Preparation:
- Heat oil, sauté garlic.
- Scramble eggs in the pan.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Fry until cooked in 3-4 minutes.
3. Egg Curry
Ingredients:
- 4 boiled eggs
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil
Preparation:
- Heat oil, and fry onions till dark brown.
- Add ginger paste and garlic paste and cook.
- Add tomato puree and spices.
- Cook until oil separates.
- Place boiled eggs and cook 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice or chapati.
