1. Apple Cinnamon Warm Bowl
Ingredients:
- Apple – 1 (chopped)
- Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp
- Honey – 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Add chopped apple to a pan.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes on low heat.
- In this add cinnamon powder and honey.
- Mix and serve warm.

2. Orange Honey Fruit Bowl
Ingredients:
- Orange – 2 (peeled and chopped)
- Apple – 1 (chopped)
- Honey – 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Peel and also cut orange and apple.
- Add them to a bowl.
- Pour in some drizzled honey and pour it in.
- Serve fresh.

- Pomegranate seeds – 1 cup

Preparation:
- Add pomegranate seeds and banana slices in a bowl.
- Add honey and mix gently.
- Serve immediately.

4. Kiwi Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients:
- Kiwi – 1 (chopped)
- Thick curd – 1 cup
- Honey – 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Add curd to a bowl.
- Add chopped kiwi pieces.
- Drizzle honey and mix well.
